Seascape

Went for a solo cycle ride this morning. I have had a very disrupted year. After a slow start disrupted by poor weather, I'd just about got my fitness back when I had my accident which set me back a couple of months. After a few recent rides, a bad chest cold has stopped me going cycling for a week. Today, was so sunny and warm, despite still coughing badly I got back in the saddle and did a fairly slow 25 miles. Surprisingly, I don't feel too bad and am planning on another ride tomorrow.
This afternoon we walked the dogs at Cei Bach beach (Traeth Gwyn) and as today's Abstract Thursday is minimalist, I thought this seascape might be appropriate. Many thanks to Ingeborg for hosting this week.
