16Days#14: Nuts

Such a perfect day ...

Excellent B&B breakfast, then a nice walk to Demuth's Cookery School, run by Rachel Demuth and today co-chef with one Helen Lawrence.

Fantastic day of cooking Thai and Vietnamese food, lots of skills, knowledge, eating, camaraderie, humour and teamwork. TSM seen here showing off her very in your face Vietnamese peanut sauce - think satay that's been genetically re-engineered to fight back ...

Even better, Facebook struck again and one our old friends now living in Edinburgh saw where we were and said she was just up the road in Bristol so at the end of the day we spent two hours in a pub garden with her and her son. Great to catch up.

This has been a very good two weeks.
