SAY CHEESE

Today we celebrated E’s birthday. A little late but her daughter was due to emigrate to Australia near her birthday and we thought she would appreciate the time with her and something to look forward to.
I gave her a Wallace and Gromit card and we talked about food loves but she didn’t guess.
#we had booked the cheese barge on The Grand Union Canal. It was a beautiful sunny day (better than the torrential rain The Rev and I had had previously!!)
#The LWL…Ladies Wot Lunch…this time with lots of cheese!!!!!

#then we had a windy walk along the canal :)))) and got a bus back to Charing Cross. Well that was the plan but it suddenly terminated a few stops away!!
#So we walked a few stops and went up to the rooftop bar near Trafalgar Square. We all looked at the menu of various wines and cocktails but all settled on a cup of tea :)))
We planned our next adventure our first holiday abroad as a 3 (usually part of a group of 8-10). Next week to Greece.
