Boulodrome

This is one of three boulodromes in the village and they are all well used with organised competitions at times. I pass it as I go to the tennis club to reserve a court as I did this afternoon. The rest of the day was spent in Perpignan. I got a clean bill of health for another year from the dermatologist. I was only in there for a couple of minutes while she inspected my skin. €60 so good work if you can get it!  Seriously though, it does take ten years to qualify and it is the health service and the mutuelle insurance that pays, so good luck to her. I went on to Decathlon to buy some trousers and tennis balls, called in at the Mairie on the way back to return our tickets for the old folks' tea and Christmas hamper and then on to James's house to pick up the air frier/grill/oven, on loan to see how we get on with it while he is away.
