Professional shot

Not a photo I took, but it was sent to me today after the professional photo shoot at work a couple of weeks ago.  I was dreading it but I am happy with it considering how different I look since treatment.  It's for the website and proposals etc.  

I went for a walk with Rachel after drop off, 7k as we didn't want to overdo it the day before the big walk. 

Finished off a bit of work and then went to the sports therapist again.  My knee feels fine now but I got it massaged and strapped up for reassurance more than anything else.  After that I popped into Millets to buy a new fleece and some Kendel Mint cake (a must!)

We had an absolutely torrential thunder storm at lunch time, the heavens , dark skies, thunder and lightening and then it was bright sunshine and I did the school run in the afternoon in just a tshirt!
