Migraine has passed, thanks for your loving stars and hearts for Sue, Margie, and my head. I had a routine dental visit this morning that involved having a discussion with a group of women outside the medical building, demonstrating to terminate women's reproductive rights. I told them if they care about children they can work for universal health care, parental leave, daycare, and lower rents. They weren't interested in any of that, of course. They just want Trump's policies. I can't understand why any woman wants to support male domination of other women's bodies, but there is much I don't understand.
I like this scene with a little of everything, Coraline's Cats, Jehovah's Witnesses to the left of the cat, an unhoused man in the foreground (tattoo on his neck) Powell's Books in the background.
Bella is coming for Baba Time this afternoon, Sue leaving early tomorrow for her Next Great Adventure. Whoever it was who recommended Kaos on Netflix, thank you. It's a comedy that is bloody and violent, but I see references to right-wing political policies involving Christian nationalists like those I came across this morning, and it helps to be able to laugh at the absurdities.
