The night before

It is The Eldest’s last night here before she heads off to Uni to begin her second year of Film and English.

I remain insanely jealous of the course she is doing. It’s like someone designed the perfect course for me 28 years after it was needed!

With my parents joining us, we had a bit of a family gathering to see her off, so I had a surprisingly hot chilli in the slow cooker all day and it was worth the wait.
