It turns out I did take a photo yesterday, it just wasn't intended.

A day of driving and hospital visiting which started off really stressfully but bizarrely was a really nice day. The patient, while having some probably permanent deficit, is much, much better than we could have initially hoped for and there was that nice, warm, fuzzy family feeling.

A serious crash on the m25 and the closure of the North Circular necessitated a trip through central London. But (a) we knew in advance so didn't get stuck and (b) I love London at night.

Late home. Exhausted but relieved.
