Kelpies

A trip to the Kelpies today with our nephew and great niece. Their journey was delayed by nearly three hours yesterday but they arrived in remarkably good spirits. 

Today we were joined by my nephew's cousins (my children) and my grandchildren. They stayed at the Kelpies after we left but they'll all be back soon for an evening meal. It really isn't warm today which is disappointing but it is dry. 

I'm taking the opportunity to sit quietly and read before the house gets busy again.
