Tackling plastic waste

When we visited my sister recently she gave us 750 gms of damsons from her garden, and recipes for damson gin and vodka. They are now fermenting in Kilner Jars on the windowsill. We had to order those. The original kilner jar was invented by John Kilner and co. In England in 1842.
