Natural Abstract
Up and down the coast today on a local bus. We went to Whitby thinking we could look around the Captain Cook museum and the harbour area, but it was so busy (extra) neither of us were enjoying it much so we decamped to Sandsend where the retreating tide had left several areas with these abstract patterns. After a celebratory ice cream (it was too cold really) we moved on to Staithes, which was fascinating, but with the fog slow to lift, not brilliant for photography - a pano in the other extra.
Off home tomorrow via a last overnight somewhere near Pickering.
Thanks to everyone who has visited my journal over the past week or two, putting up with my ramblings and commenting on the blips etc.
