St John’s at Livingston today for a shoulder distension arthrogram for my frozen shoulder.

I had left myself 30-minutes to spare in case the car park was busy, but hit bad traffic caused by an accident on the M8. 50-minutes to cover the last five miles made me late for my appointment.

Thankfully the floor markings make getting to the right department very easy.
