The boys

Mr EAnn and his dad. Lunch at the restaurant by the waterfalls at Glenariff. For the first time in over 3 years I managed to forget my glucose testing kit and my insulin. So it was a very low carb choice of meal and headed home sooner than we would have otherwise.
Still we managed a walk to the lower fall and stopped off at the cafe at Glenarm Castle on the way back.
An overcast day but beautiful nonetheless.
No harm done on the blood sugars.
