Monsoon

Four seasons in one day, it’s an old cliche but it felt like we achieved it today. We had lunch on the bench outside the shop and it felt really quite warm. Without warning about 3 o’clock we saw spots of rain and the heavens opened, it was literally monsoon like. Then came thunder, lightning and hail. At one point we had people sheltering in the shop it was impossible to be outside. The thunder rumbled on until early evening. More of the same tomorrow I think.
Quick food shop on the way home. Piles of paperwork and admin to do this evening, managed to catch a bit of Strictly but will watch the rest tomorrow.
