Take that look off your face.

A  wonderful surprise in the gym this morning.  Jeannie, was diagnosed with breast cancer in June, and has had two major operations since then, was back in the gym this morning. She is such a positive lady, and looked amazing.  We all gave her a warm welcome back, and of course , she came for coffee with us. John treated us today, very kind, and we had an amazing catch up. Cath was back for visiting her daughter, so many tales to tell. 
 I walked over to Asda afterwards, and then to Aldi, as they they had merino wool socks for £4.99. I was a bit disappointed as they only had one pack in my size, but there was two in the pack, so that will have to do. It was lashing down so J came to meet me. He made us a mushroom omelette for lunch and it was so good.
