Time to play catch up

I have a bit of back blipping to do. It was a madly busy Welcome Week as expected, so I have been whacked all week and had some very early nights.

It was nice to have a rest on Saturday and to enjoy some footie, especially as City won 2-0 at home in an early match.

We were expecting rain and thunderstorms but we got lucky and had sunshine for most of the match.

Term starts for real on Monday so it is likely to be another busy week. At least there was great weather for Welcome Week so the new students could get out and explore campus and the city,  I think everyone will be hunkering down inside for the next week as it looks like week long rain is forecast.
