i've done literally nothing today :-/

terrible nightmares - not unusual for me - but they did say that the newly prescribed beta blockers could make them worse.
the dreams are always dystopian and often set within our home or garden. 
i woke TKM up screaming as i was about to be attacked (in my dream). it was the 3rd of the night, but the only one that made me vocal.

i'm not sure what makes me feel like this.
i also dream about Radish - but those are just sad dreams because they are all about TKM struggling with the loss - and i think that i am becoming more aware of how much i am missing him too.

Radish was an exceptional dog.
