Sunday: Cucumber and Tomatoes …

… also the Autumn Equinox 
I had a lie-in until 7:30 this morning but felt groggy for much of the morning, runny nose and coughing but better by lunchtime.

MrD went for a walk … returning 3hrs later …

I watered the wallflowers planted on Thursday and mulched them with grass cuttings and leaves from yesterday - it’s been raining heavily since mid-afternoon which will hopefully soak the wallflowers.

Two weeks ago the cucumber looked like this -

I’ve cut this one, it tastes delicious … there are about half a dozen still on the plants, various sizes BUT it looks like the weather is going to be cooler, my fingers are crossed for warm weather ! :-)

We watched “Tomorrow Never Dies” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomorrow_Never_Dies - which was perfect for a rainy Sunday afternoon :-)
