Explanations

Today was the second day of the heritage weekend open days around France. We gave another bell ringing demonstration with explanations of how English and French bells differ, especially how the English system of change ringing works. We have had around 50 visitors this weekend who have all seemed very interested. I attempted to play tennis in the afternoon but after 15 minutes the heavens opened and flooded the court only for it to quickly stop raining and for the sun to come out. However, there were too many puddles on the courts for them to dry out in time for us to resume.
