Family day in Falmouth

Got up early to give the dogs a good walk. Then down to Gyllyngvase beach Falmouth first to watch my niece compete in the last Cornish triathlon of the series. She came second in her age group in this race but first overall in the series. Then we went rock pooling and found some St Pirans hermit crabs

Then my niece's daughter arrived to compete in her triathlon, she finished 4th in today's race but she finally got on the podium as overall she finished 3rd for the series.
