The weather's gone banana plant

Firstly, happiness, I tested negative this morning. My lungs remain a bit of a mess, and I'm still short of breath, but at least I'm unlikely now to be covid contagious, and Janet didn't get it! (Yay!)

The weather has been ridiculous... such heavy rain none of the gutters managed to direct it away - apparently I need a very long ladder to take a look for blockages, but I think it was simply the amount of water...

When it wasn't raining it was very overcast and humid... and that didn't feel good for my breathing either, but we managed a short walk. In the garden, this banana plant picked up the last of the afternoon's almost sunshine.
