Brighton

After waiting in for the drainage man to arrive, which ultimately proved unnecessary, we went across to Brighton to look after Amber while L worked. J had already gone into work. We went to the seafront, the pier, and had lunch in a cafe on the promenade.
We then walked back via the Lanes and the Pavilion gardens, where the photo was taken. Evening was spent further binge watching Downton which is our current go to programme for some reason
