Pain

Played tennis this morning and although I enjoyed it (mostly) it has left me in pain. I fell on court and didn’t feel too bad at the time but over the course of the day developed stiffness and pain in my knee where I fell, and then my foot became really painful in the evening. Usual thing - some sort of internal joint pain. Saw the consultant yesterday before going to London and he said it is probably arthritis but has arranged a MRI to check . So disappointing that any exercise seems to bring it on but he seems to think there are things that can be done . Anyway came to bed early to rest my aching limbs which Leela was happy about.
