tea tiles are used - to rest tea pots on - they’ve been used - for a very long time - and i’ve been collecting - them for a short - period of time as well - each one sort of - tells a story in and - of itself so you can - match them up with - a teapot or leave - them to be eclectic - it all depends on - your level of creativity and fun

this one dates to around - the late 1800’s to - 1920 or so i think - it’s hand painted - i also want to say - it’s origins are from - austria or bavaria but i am - not totally certain - i am certain it makes - me smile, it includes both - flowers plus the color pink - and both of those combine to make it…
