RIP Basil

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

The shopping delivery on Tuesday included a basil plant.

“Shall I just put this on the shelf of death*?” asked The Prince.

“Rude! I kept EMP’s basil alive the whole time she was in the Falklands and it was THRIVING.”

Fast forward to today. The Prince asked when it is going in the bin.

It is NOT thriving. 5 days. Almost a new record!
