Buxton and Mist…

…No doubt about Autumn having arrived.
(Goody Gumdrops! My favourite season).

I popped out to the Post Office.
Twenty five pounds something…!
To post a couple of parcels and buy a few cards.
The World has gone mad.
(Admittedly, my tardiness meant First Class was necessary, but still?).

So, I treated myself to a very nice block of chocolate as compensation. (Why do we (I?) do this? Spend too much and then throw all reasonable caution to the wind and spend even more??).

I was going to enjoy populating a new cupboard, but hey, it’s getting dark. Maybe I’ll do it tomorrow…
