R really doesn't like the shelf in our bedroom so we had a go at trying to unscrew it. None of our screwdrivers were budging the older screws so we got new ones that mostly succeeded. Some of the screws are absolutely adament to stay where they are.

We managed to get rid of half of the shelf in the end. It was hard work but at least we got rid of some of it!
