And so a loaf begins

I’ve started again with the starter for sourdough and this is the beginnings of a loaf. I now need to leave it for 8 hours and then I can add this to flour and water to make a loaf. Fingers crossed.

It’s rained all day so I’ve been cleaning the conservatory. It’s long overdue.
