More rowing!

This time I spent most of three hours on the water with a training session followed by the long row. I really like the long row, it is always relaxed and we have some good discussion on the boat. We then went to the Espy for a bite to it and more chat. 
I didn't take any photo yesterday but we went to the cinema in the evening to see Lee, I really enjoyed it despite some flaws. I really liked the acting.
