slave to the machines

I can't help it, I'm addicted.
I conduct my friendships through facebook
My arguments through email
I check it when I wake up
I check it before going to bed
I use it as an excuse to avoid productivity

I used to paint, read, write long letters on fancy paper. Now I have no time, or am I just too attached to the machine?
