J came over first thing to lift the old toilet bowl into the car and go to the recycling centre with me to get rid of that , old carpet and old paving stones. Once we got back i got changed and went over (late) to my sewing group. They were learning how to make pumpkins to decorate the cafe for halloween. Came home via the supermarket, had lunch snd tidied up and then cleaned the guest bedroom and bathroom. Had a quick early dinner and then drove over to Vs for kitchen bridge. Found it very hard to get to sleep. Had to get up and have tea and toast
