What do you do in the morning?

These girls are washing their hair outside of their small restaurant that they work in. I've never seen anything like this before. The girl on the left is using a large teapot to rinse out her hair and I just noticed that the liquid in the pan is white... maybe it's some kind of milk-like shampoo...?
