Okonomi-yaki

A relaxed birthday meal in a restaurant in London (just around the corner from the British Museum) which specialises in these ‘pancakes’.

They make them to order on the hot plate set into the table. The theatre and skill of the cooks is phenomenal! A lovely celebration and exceptional food.
