Spent a couple of hours around Bury Park this morning. It's a predominantly asian part of town and a lot of white people don't venture down there. Everyone was very happy to see me - I told them I was doing a website about the good things in Luton and all of a sudden everyone was doing their hair and giving their best pose.

It was setting up time and I heard it would be better to go down later in the day - it's Ramadan and it's quite a celebration as the sun goes down and fasting finishes. I'll see if I can get down there at sunset one day later in the week.
