Sunflower

Busy day today with being at the shop in the morning and then taking Emmy to the vet in the afternoon.

Turns out that Emmy’s lumpy shoulder is a tumour, and there’s not much that can be done apart from managing her pain relief and preparing for the inevitable. She’s had a good innings, and we’ll know when the time is right. 

Needless to say, we got a tad teary. However, until then, she’s on some different tablets and is getting a pain relief jab tomorrow. Grown men getting teary over a cat … what’s the world coming too! 

Anyway, back home now, enjoying the tranquility of silence …
