What is the Message Here?

So, running late after a long "paperwork" day. Which means, inter alia that I haven't been thinking about a blip. I did have to pop out to get some groceries which I have put into the fridge. And hence this insight into my eating habits. For the record I don't eat HP sauce but I have children who do! And top left is a box of nail varnish which apparently is less likely to go gloopy if kept in the fridge.
