Mirando al Mar

After a restless night (indigestion) we woke up to classical music at about 7am (Spanish time) and an announcement that we were due to arrive in Bilbao in an hour. We saw the sunrise from our cabin and then drove to Laredo. Perfect weather today but sadly not forecast to last for the rest of the week. Definite beach day so after breakfast at a local cafe and a supermarket shop, we headed there. The water was a lovely temperature for a swim. We dragged ourselves away for lunch and then went back for more swimming in the afternoon.
We walked around the port in the evening. I’ll sleep well tonight!
