A challenge

A change of plan, I got the first block of my Japanese quilt sewn on Sunday and had planned to work out the next fabric choices today, but the garden took priority. It wasn’t raining, for a change, and Monty Don on Gardeners World on Friday was talking about pruning roses. I have an assortment of new bushes in the border that are certainly doing their own thing. B helped me to tie up climbers and do a hatchet job on others. It was worth the effort, things are looking much tidier. 

Working out the quilt fabric isn’t easy.
