Raynaud

It's this time of the year again. My finger tips start first, they turn white due to the cold. Without gloves it will not take long for my whole fingers to turn white. The Raynaud syndrome in a lighter form.
I had this before my heart attack and the successive medication, but only when it was really cold. Now 10° Celsius is cold enough. My mother's fingers turned white frequently, especially when she was swimming in our local unheated swimming pool at the beginning and the end of the season (so May-ish, and September-ish).
