Cloud

There were lots of clouds about today but behind them you can see the blue sky, I picked out this big fluffy candy floss cloud.

Had a telephone appointment with the GP this morning with the results of my blood test (Osteopenia) a result of taking Letrazole for 5 years. There is no further action to be taken at this point other than check me again in a while, keep an eye on it and for now continue to take Vitamin D so that was a relief. I'm also going to have one of those steroid injections into one knee to begin with, the left one has severe osteoarthritis and because of my spinal problems walking is difficult enough so I decided to give it a try. Not sure how long it will take to get this done but Im willing to try. If it helps I'll get the right one done as well. I think I just need a full body one to be honest, but don't think there's a needle big enough for that.

I've been on my computer last couple of days so I've dropped a few comments here and there, I find it difficult to write when Im using my mobile to blip it takes forever to type things out.
