Are They Confused?

It started early this summer. We had a drought and there weren’t many flowers so the bees kept coming to the feeders. Then we got so much rain and everything was in bloom but still they came to the hummer feeders. I didn’t see them in the last week and the liquid was going fast. I thought the hummers were fueling up for their trek south but then today, I went out to check and found this. I filled them this morning.
