TMNT Tuesday

Last day of the Birthday Fun Week, harrumph! I earmarked this one as a cosy day for nonsense, so I dubbed it TMNT Tuesday and cosied up under a blanket for a few episodes of TMNT 87. I had set aside some time to read TMNT Ultimate Collection V7, but it turned out to be a covers and sketches collection (dunno if I'm being a bit of an entitled fan twit here, but I can't help but feel that's a bit of a swizz... It cost almost as much as all the other editions, but it just a collection of covers from the Mirage era, most of which already appear alongside the comics in the previous editions. There are added sketches and a couple pages of behind the scenes photos, but there's no proper annotations or anything, just captions explaining which issue it was and who drew/inked/painted them) so it didn't take long. I then figured I'd test my new DVDs of TMNT 2012, only to discover they are Region 1 and I therefore have no way to play them at the moment... D'oh. More TMNT 87 it is!
