Why the Chav reference, well check out the right leg. Sadly I couldn't read where it was ringed, but a friend of mine who is a ringer has caught birds that have been ringed in Scandinavia and Russia. That's a long way for a small finch to migrate - perhaps he deserves a bit of bling.
