Who breaks a butterfly on a wheel?

I love this picture of Brian Jones concentrating on his playing with his tongue out. (I do that myself.) Jones started the Rolling Stones, but was edged out by a cabal within their organisation. Despite this he did wonderful things like conceiving the melody for Paint It Black on his sitar, and the marimba counter melody on Under My Thumb which rescued a mediocre song. As a doped-out ‘weakling,’ he eventually became surplus to requirements. It’s a sad tale and one which does not reflect well on his erstwhile bandmates.
