Every year until it comes up, I forget that I have this beautiful crimson flag lily in our garden.

The extra is of my new cast (they don’t do white ones ) I had to choose from some pretty garish colours. My thumb is totally immobilised now, but the incision is healing well. I go back next week to get the stitches removed and another cast put on.
