Troon from the sands

It was cold overnight, and there was frost in parts of the country, although not in our town.  And these mornings tend to turn into beautiful days, and it was thus.  Sun and sand, what a combination.  Had a lovely walk on the beach, with great views of Arran over the water, a fishing boat plying the very calm waters; just missed a shot of three Oystercatchers on a sandbank, as I raised the camera they flew away.  

The photo I am most pleased with though is the one taken looking towards the town from the sands, I like the colours and also the terrific sky.
