Jenny is 8.

We first met her when she was a tiny baby,  and her parents wanted us to name her. We gave them a list of English names and they chose Jenny.

I'm Auntie Mairi to her and I've loved sending her birthday parcels,  but this year I had absolutely no idea what to send her so I sent money to her Mum.

Today I've received lots of videos and recorded thank you messages showing me her Argentinian football strip. I'd never have thought of buying her that! 
It's been 5 years since I've been with the family in Kathmandu so she's growing up. 
The best thing was that her Dad who's been working in Portugal for 2 years managed to get home to surprise her.

Hope to go back for a visit next year.
