haar

we thought it might be nice to head off to balmedie beach today...only to drive out of newmachar and see the huge blanket of haar that had rolled in earlier. on we went thinking the sun might burn through it by the time we got there...but no, the beach was full of miserable folk with fleeces on and some even had jackets.

it was actually still warm, so we stayed for an hour to keep peggy happy, then headed back to the sun.
