Thwarted!

I had planned to start knitting a new shawl at craft group today…
But… it was a 70th birthday .. and there was much chatting, eating and Prosecco!.. ( very guiltily as we meet in a Quaker House)..
So obviously concentrating on a lace pattern was out of the question!!!.. after a few attempts I gave up.
Train journey back was interesting!
Announcements were as follows…
“ This train has no destination!”
“ Next station is Stourbridge! “ panic by everybody as we all thought we were on a different train!
“ This train terminates at Worcester!”.. again , opposite direction
“This train terminated at Stourbridge!”.. realky!!!
