Well earned!

After my sea swim last weekend I am keen to get back into swimming again, so I booked for this morning. You have to book for an hour but my neck and shoulder were really sore after 30 lengths so I retired from the pool. I took myself into town for a coffee which I so enjoyed. I did do a supermarket shop before coming home which was a mistake as I ended up coming home with a stonking headache! I think next time it will be swim and home.
Hopefully I will sleep well tonight.
